Øyvin A. Brøymer, Chairman
Mr. Øyvin A. Brøymer was elected Chairman and Board member of Vistin Pharma in June 2020. He works as an advisor and investor. His previous work experience includes The Aker Group, Hafslund-Nycomed as CFO and Executive Vice President (1980-1996) and Leif Høegh & Co AS as Executive Vice President (1996-2000). Mr. Brøymer has served as a board member in several listed companies. Presently he serves as the Chairman on the Board of Directors of Medistim ASA. Mr. Brøymer has extensive industry experience in the medical industry. Mr. Brøymer holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
Kari E. Krogstad, Board member
Kari E. Krogstad is currently the CEO of Medistim ASA, a role she has had since 2009. Kari has more than 20 years of experience from the biomedical industry, from commercial leadership roles within the pharma, biotech and medtech sectors. Before joining Medistim, she spent 11 years at Dynal, where she also led Invitrogen Dynal in the role as General Manager after the acquisition from Invitrogen in 2005. Ms. Krogstad holds a M.Sc. degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Oslo as well as a Business degree from IHM Business School.
Bettina Banoun, Board member
Ms. Banoun is a partner at the law firm Wiersholm, and she has extensive experience in work related to tax law, litigation, company law and EEA law. She is admitted to the Supreme Court and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts of justice. Ms. Banoun also has experience in litigation before the EFTA Court and with complaints before the EFTA Surveillance Authority. Ms. Banoun has a PhD from the University of Oslo, and she has legal training from Oxford University, University of Oslo and Harvard Law School.
Øystein Stray Spetalen, Board member
Mr. Spetalen is Chairman and owner of investment firm Ferncliff TIH AS. He is an independent investor. He has worked in the Kistefos Group as an investment manager, as corporate advisor in different investment banks and as a portfolio manager in Gjensidige Forsikring. Mr. Spetalen is a chartered petroleum’s engineer from NTNU.
Espen Marcussen, Board member
Mr. Marcussen is the CEO of Pactum AS, one of the larger shareholders in Vistin Pharma ASA, and has previously held the position as Deputy CEO in Bergshav Management AS and as Head of Investment Banking in Nordea.
Åse Musum, Board member
Mrs Musum is the Quality Assurance Manager at Vistin, and has been the employees representative at the Board since 2015.
Espen Lia Gregoriussen, Board member
Mr Gregoriussen is a Warehouse Operator and Union rep. IE at Vistin, and has been the employees representative at the Board since 2017.
